About Scout

I founded Scout after leaving an executive job in the staffing industry. I’d been with the organization for almost a decade, and while it felt like my own company on some days, it wasn’t. 

After I left, I interviewed with 17 different companies for different roles at the executive level, most of them within the same industry. There were significant misses throughout employers’ interview processes, things that I swore “would never happen if I owned my own firm.”
